Your task until your next session is to create an intentional sanctuary in your sleep space which supports rest and restoration. Adding to the breath work and meditation, your task is to approach the ritual of sleeping mindfully, without distraction, allowing enough time without stimulation to wind down, quiet your mind and body, and allow sleep to support your recovery and new habit consolidation.
